@Mira, You've made me super hungry. Thank goodness I at least have some leftover pizza to eat tonight... although it's not firewood cooked... I'm sad now. :(

@Jay Ellis,Haha! Goal of this blog is now achieved. Maybe I should save the pancake post for later then...
I mean woo! At least ya can eat something...even if it's not woodfired pizza with the fluffy crust and amazing crunch. I hope you find wood-fired pizza one day. There might be some at Italian restaurants if there are any in your area?
