手部乾裂，有嘗試擦上手霜後再戴上手部專用棉質手套？聽說效果不錯。

我因為是濕疹就算戴上手套也會乾燥，所以要不斷擦手霜

@阿雀,妳有檢測過引起濕疹的主要原因？如免疫系統、基因遺傳、心理因素、環境。這樣才能進一步找到適合的方式療癒它。

@阿雀,辛苦了。感覺除了天氣是不可控之外，其它如體質、壓力與清潔度算是還有療癒的方法。體質可詢問中醫；壓力可嘗試冥想；清潔度或許可以避免過度清潔？😄

加拿大和香港的冬天應該有很大的差別，蠻好奇雀剛開始在加拿大過冬天的時候能夠適應嗎？應該會冷到發抖，完全不想動🥶
