牆壁有裂痕不打緊，梁柱比較重要，建議房內查看完也要到房外查看，如果樑柱有裂痕甚至位移的情況依定要跟房主通報處理。
其實每次大地震後，房子是依定要健檢的，因為抗震能力會因為大地震而削減。
另外就是夏天颱風多，如果房子結構有損可能滲水，大雨的日子也注意一下吧。
