走啊走的，走過頭的下場就是，昨天腳底起了一個大水泡，直徑將近2公分，原本依靠的右腳，也成了殘兵。好奇查了一下數據，每天步行都破萬步，尤以昨天最多。

每天走這麼多路，也吃不多，好像也不覺得瘦？早知道還不如多吃一點。
