Elliot Green is a young, transgender and autistic teenager. They feel alone and judged, though they don't mind it much (or, at least, that's what they say). He decides that in forty days, he will leave. After all, there's nothing left for them, right?

But after meeting a kind and bubbly boy, their life turns around slowly, and difficult lessons are learned in the process.
