爸爸每年黏上鬍子外出送禮，卻沒錢給她買禮物，聖誕從來吃不飽。

這年，她在壁爐前生火取暖，許願吃火雞，一隻綁絲帶的火雞果然從煙囪裡掉下，油香四溢的烤肉味蔓延開來，屋子裡愈來愈暖和。

睡著前，她欣喜地在日記裡寫下了聖誕老人的故事。
