大型堆土機一下又一下打進那數幢唐樓

這裏曾經是這座城市中嘅重心

曾經有數十萬的人居於這裏

鬧市中穿梭的人們

一條條窄街橫巷中，小販坐在地上叫賣的聲音

城市的每幢建築物雖然密集，卻又自有其秩序

有人會認為舊城破舊、吵鬧

有人會認為舊城混亂、骯髒

這裏卻曾是風光的市鎮

這裏卻曾是記錄着城市每人的生活

在拆卸後會成為一個怎樣的地區

也許是商業中心區

也許是新型的居住區

也許是文化集中地

結果沒有人知道

只知道已經變了樣
