Enemies To Lovers + Fake Dating

Despite the fact that girl A is already in a relationship and doesn't care about this guy (boy C), he has feelings for her.

Boy C must get Girl A to want him.

Because of this, Boy C engages in deceptive dating: He despises his neighbor, and she (Girl B) secretly adores him while seeming otherwise.

In the end, Boy C falls for Girl B. He makes out that he still feels something for Girl A.

Girl A breaks up with her boyfriend (Boy D) and tries to date Boy A. He tells the Girl B his true feelings.
