Self diagnosed broken heart syndrome 

Wishing for panadol or alprazolam, if possible, I want both 

Have you heard of Takasubo cardiomyopathy? This is also named as broken heart syndrome, commonly seen in women. 

Common trigger include emotional and physical stress

Diagnose by clinical symptoms, ECH changes which shows St elevation mimicking a heart attack, but angiogram shows no blockage, unless an actual heart attack 

Treatment ? 

Good prognosis, usually recover within 1-2 months. Resolution gets better with care of cardiac rehabilitation team/
