月桂葉，俗稱香葉，比較適合在鍋中有液體的時候才加入。不過這種香草非常不適合放進口中，所以煮好之後有些人會拿起來，當然你也可以像某些人一樣很矜貴地用網袋裝好，煮好之後抽起來就可以了。
