淨明今天啓動了研發淨素煎餃的業務，從上午11點起，一直到晚上7點，花了8個小時，做了100個淨素煎餃，自己喫掉了20個，報廢了16個，剩餘64個可以出售。在中國，地攤已經沒什麼生意了，雖然擺地攤的人還有很多，但淨明觀察到，對地攤感興趣的人實在是太少了，絕大多數地攤主都生意慘淡，這樣恐怕是比賣廢鐵賺到的錢要更少的，所以淨明決定，要走在線營銷的外賣路線，因爲中國的消費者已經習慣了通過手機買東西然後送貨上門的模式。

喫煎餃要配一種冷飲，所以淨明投資了6.9元在拼多多買了6瓶小青檸飲料，打算和煎餃搭配一起出售，「喫純素煎餃，喝小青檸冷飲」，這就是淨明進軍素食產業的第一句廣告詞。
