娘的餃子是村裡最香的。每到冬至，她都要包上整整三天。瓷盤上擺著雪白的餃子，滾水一煮，香氣四溢。

自打爹失蹤後，娘的餃子味道變得更特別。肉餡鮮嫩異常，咬一口，湯汁四濺。村裡人說，這味道十年難遇。

最近村裡接連失蹤了幾人。娘說，城裡人口販子猖狂，叫我晚上別出門。

今天冬至，我站在廚房門口，看著娘剁肉餡。案板上的肉紅得發亮，還帶著溫熱。娘的菜刀舞得飛快，砧板上血水四濺。

「娘，爹到底去哪了？」我問

娘停下手中的活計，慈祥地看著我：「你爹啊，就在你昨天吃的餃子裡。」

她笑著掀開地窖的門：「今晚有幾個生意人要來，娘得給他們嘗嘗你爹的味道。」

我望著地窖裡掛著的幾具屍體，摸了摸自己的菜刀，笑道：「娘，我餓了。」
