Some people have been depressed for a long time you fall into a stranger state no more resistance even start to enjoy felling of depression like a person falling into a quagmire At first,I was struggling but the more i struggle ,the more tried i get in the end , i just gave up and brake free and let it go if you have insomnia then endure it don’t want to eat then be hungry don’t want to socialise then lock it the house this state seems clam on the surface if's a despairing numbness many people mistake this for just going with the flow it's even like MORITA it's not true MORITA therapy advocates it is based on self - acceptance reliever inner confrontation rather than passively giving up the effort there's a concept in psychology called learned helplessness when a person experiences multiple failures or hardships you feel that no matter what you do can't change the status quo I just gave up completely if you find yourself getting more and more indifferent lately it's like being locked in a little box that's getting tighter and tighter you condition may be deteriorative don't hold on alone at this time we need to be acutely of this situation in ourselves you ignore it. Avoid it and it will persist repeatedly jumping out to limit you destroy your confidence you just stare at it. Fally experience the fear of nothingness big deep and uproot it can disappear completely sometime it's not just the world itself that makes us helpless what overwhelms us is often a sense of abstraction when we have that I can't l can't maybe we can make it more concrete for example what exactly happened to me? It made me feel terrible so we can ask the next sentence is there anything i can do in this situation ? When you are brave enough to try you may find that I am for stronger that I imagined
