會選擇改寫別的故事，是因為讀了一本書。
這本書教了一些技巧，教會讀者如何「找到答案」。
而我想知道我在書中到底學到了多少，所以比起選擇自己創作一篇故事（龐大的世界觀），覺得選擇做改寫好像會比較快知道答案，也是因此，所以選擇琢磨短篇集（精簡與聚焦），選擇的題材也是廣為熟知的童話故事。
