The Last Room

At an old hostel, everyone feared Room 13.

No one lived there. No one even walked past it after midnight.

The students shared the same warning:

"If you hear knocking at 3:14 AM, don't open the door."

Aarav laughed at the story.

On his third night, he woke up to a sound.

Knock. Knock. Knock.

His phone showed 3:14 AM.

The knocking came again.

Knock. Knock. Knock.

A cold voice whispered from outside:

"Please... help me..."

Aarav's heart raced. He slowly walked to the door and looked through the keyhole.

A burnt boy stood in the corridor.

His skin was blackened. His eyes were empty.

Suddenly, the figure smiled.

The hostel lights went out.

Everything became silent.

Aarav stepped back.

Then he heard breathing.

Not outside.

Behind him.

He turned around.

The burnt boy was standing inside his room.

The last thing Aarav heard was a whisper in his ear:

"Now it's your turn to knock."

The next morning, Aarav had disappeared.

That night, at exactly 3:14 AM, the students heard it again.

Knock. Knock. Knock.

And a frightened voice from outside the door whispered:
