I remember June 21st

Longest day of the year

Situated in the Northern Hemisphere

Light out until 11

Felt like seventh heaven

Pretty skies to capture for life

As the Earth tilts

The cold sensation builds

Dark in the mornings

Can't tell if it's raining out

Got to make a guess

Or my hair will end up a mess

Coat is on

Time to head out through the storm

Winters coming

Yes it is

Witnessing the snow that will fall down

It will be stunning

So stunning

Some of my friends are done for the school year

In Land Down Under

For them, It's the middle of summer

But such a bummer

Summer baby writing this down

As the clear horizon starts to cloud
