I watch

pain fear sorrow

joy manic cheer

control?

I wish

no power

I have no authority

passenger

along for the ride

voluntary or kidnapped

I go on

waves

go through me

defenceless

I flow

rough

bumpy rocky

sharp as knives

collide with me

Subconsciously

Bruising

Mind and heart

It pains

Underwater

Violence pain

Yet

Surface clear

Until

Fire rockets

Lightnings of pain

Uncontrollable

Tumble

Round and round

Torture

Again and again

Beaten

From within

Spun

Forces unknown

Emotion

The scars

Own me

Enslave me

Game

Toy to destroy

Nothing but amusement

For someone inside

doll

Dragged in the mud

Tossed on rocks

Swung pulled ripped

Waiting

Living nightmare

On edge

Dread, anticipation

Randomness

A gamble to predict

When where how

Venom it strikes

Shaking

I watch

I wait

Helpless in fear
