Karen wakes to unfamiliar surroundings- and the realization she was moving. Her memory takes the hazy route, she cannot remember anything before that moment. It is revealed that Karen has been sent to the Asylum, though her stay isn't lonesome. A boy by the alias Arrow shares a cell with her, but he isn't all that he seems to be. Then again, neither is Karen as she rides this roller coaster to her own insanity.
