Based on my previous rant, I want to expand on the topic about homework. I want to talk about all the teachers in the world. Particularly teachers who give a lot of homework. Teachers are supposedly good people who are hard working and caring for their students. But when they give out lots of homework, they are backfiring their purpose of being helpful and educating us. Teachers are supposed to teach us materials in class instead of letting us figure things out ourselves and probably cause confusion among ourselves. Teachers who give homework are lazy and mean people. They are not very considerate about student's health. The more homework we get, the longer it will take to finish all our homework. When we have to take longer time to finish homework, it probably means that students will sleep later and will have much pressure. Sleeping late can mean that the next day, we won't be able to concentrate during class. The intention of the teacher who gives out homework might be good, but it just prevents students from concentrating to her/his lessons. Teachers who give students a lot of homework are workaholics. They are basically adding papers and homework to mark on top of their mountain of tasks. If the teachers complain about how much work they have to do each day, they should probably lower the homework amount to their students. That can mean 40 less pages to mark in one day! It's annoying how teachers who give lots of homework like to work! Well, most students don't like to work, so stop making our school lives tiring. We might understand that teachers like to work a lot, but it is not necessary to add burden to students' shoulders. Especially when it's because of the teacher's own selfish hobby of working a lot. Seriously teachers? Give your students and break and let us have a healthy life. Working too much is bad for you too. See how nice and understanding I am? Well, you should follow my example and be understanding too. You know what? I'm done with talking about homework-giving teachers. Bye.
