在某一天Sans一如往常的出去站哨，但在站哨過程中Sans覺得不舒服，但他還是堅持在那站哨直到他暈倒，Frisk走過發現Sans倒在地上，而且全身發燙(別問我骨頭怎麼發燙，問就是魔法)，Frisk急忙叫了其他人幫忙，Papyrus把Sans帶回了家，怪物通常不會生病，但一生病就很容易死亡，而Sans因為之前過度使用力量導致比以前更脆弱了，也因為這樣Sans的HP(生命值)一度掉到了0.1，他現在好了，但也嚇到了Papyrus，他為Sans做好了保暖措施，他讓Sans穿了件厚毛衣(悠庭:他會死的更快吧!而且是熱死)。
