I was reading a magazine on the old couch when the phone rang from the table placed at the corner.The phone was old and quite dusty.It was in our house since mom & dad married.Now you can imagine how old it was.Even when it rang it's sound is like 'trr-t-t-t-'

Okay what ever just leave it.I picked the phone up.It was a unknown voice.

''Hello? who is this?''the voice asked

''Its Amanda here.who are ya?''

''Oh my Gosh.Are you really Janet? I can't believe it my sweety''

''Excuse me''

''It's me my little girl.Your father, Janet''

The receiver fell off from my hand.The old memories started walking in my mind when Dad left mom and me for a girl when I was 5.He was the most popular actor in the whole America.He was a common man when mom married him.When he lost his job he tried acting and he got famous and then he found another wife.He married her and told everyone that she was her wife and he left us alone.No one knew it that the famous actor 'Ben Baxter' had a daughter and a lovely wife.In fact he never mentioned us and we never mentioned him as well.

I came back with my mom's voice "'Aman the phone is going to fell.Who is it? huh?''

''It's Mr.Ben Baxter''I said and ran in my room with tears felling.I slammed the door tightly.I saw mom attending the phone.I lay down on the bed and slept.I woke up in the evening.I was starving so i went in the kitchen.Mom was washing dishes.I showed like nothing happened but i knew that mom is about to talk to me so i ignored her.

''Mom I'm going to Alice's house for sleepover''

''Yeah! That's a good idea for running away'' she caught my breath.

''Mom, I'm starving. Could you please give me some snacks in my room.I'm going in my room to change.''I said and turned my way out of the kitchen but mom came in front of me and said ''Aman, look i know that you're hurt but you've to listen to me''

''No mom.I'll not listen.I can't believe that you still love him.I can't believe that''I yelled.

''H-he is going to die in 2 days.''She said having tears.

''What?'' i was confused.

''Okay Aman!! let me tell you all.He married another woman for money.She left him and he got a serious disease that will take her soul in 2 days.He gave his all money and all his luxury life to us and he said that before he die he'll tell everyone about us.Now it's our chance to change our life.''
