Considering most of y'all are strangers one the internet, you probably didn't know that I've only been writing/writing seriously for about....2 years ish. Not surprising, right? Well recently I was scrolling through my works on Office 365 and I found this old horror story from 4th grade(I think it was 4th...). Now keep in mind, I had little to none writing experience. Me And The Old House

It was a dark and windy night. I discovered a dark and scary house and crept inside. It was cold and creaky. I heard something or someone let out the most blood curdling scream, but I couldn’t see it! I felt something breathing on my neck.
I reached to touch it, but it vanished. Another horrible scream pierced the darkness. It could have been human or could have been a serial killer. Terrified, I ran behind the couch. Suddenly there was a terrible thud and the hallway lit up! At the far end of the hallway, I saw a horrible serial killer with a rock was looking right at me. Puffs of cold air came from its mouth. I tried to run but I tripped on the sharp rocks. I knew the serial killer was right behind me! I remembered I had a BB gun in my pocket. It was my only chance! I aimed right for its head. The serial killer fell. I booked it for all I was worth and never looked back. To this day, I do not know if the serial killer is alive or dead. But I can tell you this, I don't mess around near that old house anymore!

Does anyone want to talk about the fact that I thought a BB gun could fit in my pocket? Girl jeans have ridiculously small pockets, and no BB gun I've ever seen is small enough even to fit in the slightly bigger pockets.
I'm pretty sure little me was thinking of an airsoft gun.
